Isaac Tejeira is an urban and architectural designer and strategist based in New York. Isaac graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University where he was awarded Eidlitz Travel Fellowship, and with a Master of Architecture in Urban Design from Harvard University where he worked as a researcher investigating the topics of urbanism and real estate in emerging contexts.

Isaac has experience working on numerous internationally renowned projects around the world. Throughout his professional journey, he has helped shape cities, design major projects, and develop strategies that bring bold ideas to life.

Born and raised in Peru, Isaac is a multidisciplinary individual whose work bridges art, culture, hospitality reflecting his commitment to community development. At Munay Prep, he takes a humanistic approach to design education, helping students to unlock their full potential by not only refining their visual and technical skills but also by building their unique principles that will guide their creative journeys.

Master of Architecture in Urban Design – Harvard University

Bachelor of Architecture - Cornell University

Erin Soygenis is a designer, project manager, researcher and entrepreneur based in New York. Erin has professional architectural and urban design, real estate and project management experience in residential, commercial and institutional sectors in the US. In addition to her professional experience, she has also collaborated with organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and AIA Global Dialogues as she is driven to support communities.

Erin holds a Bachelor’s degree in architecture from Cornell University and a Master’s degree in Urban Design from Harvard University where she was the director of programming at the Real Estate Club. Her academic work tackles urban problems from a systematic perspective while creating community-driven frameworks for more diverse, equitable, and inclusive cities.

Erin’s interdisciplinary focus lays at the intersection of problem-solving, strategy, storytelling and social impact. As co-founder of Munay Prep, she works diligently with students to craft their unique visual stories.

Mireya Fabregas

Bachelor of Architecture – The Cooper Union

Mireya Fabregas is an architectural designer from Caracas, Venezuela. She studied at The Cooper Union where she graduated with a bachelor’s in architecture and a minor in Literature. Her academic work has been recognized by the AIA’s Center for Architecture and has received various awards and fellowships from The Architecture Faculty of the Cooper Union. Mireya has collaborated in art exhibitions with prestigious institutions such as the MoMA and the Chicago Architecture Biennale.

Following her graduation, she worked at various New York City architecture firms Peter Pennoyer Architects and Yellow House Architects on projects in construction phase and later at Venezuelan studio Atelier Caracas. In 2024, she co-founded Spolia, a creative studio and design venue based in Madrid. She currently engages in projects of various scales, including architecture and interior renovations, furniture and object design, as well as art direction and scenography.

Mireya is passionate about architecture’s ability to interrogate the current world and particularly interested in bridging the gap between labor and academia and exploring ideas that challenge conventions. Her interests include the use of ingenious materials, details and the knowledge embodied in them, origin myths, and the interplay of friction and contradiction. She is an avid sketcher and builder.

Jeniffer Carmona

Master of Architecture I – Cornell University

Bachelor of Design - University of Florida

Jeniffer Carmona is a Colombian architect based in New York. She holds a Bachelor of Design from the University of Florida and a Master of Architecture from Cornell University. She is the co-founder of the Citizen Architect podcast and Big Red Talks. She participated in workshops such as “Ciudad Feminista, ciudad del cuidado" with Arquine in Porto, and "Rizoma de agua" with the office TANAT in Mexico City.

Jeniffer previously worked in South Florida, Chicago and most recently in Mexico City as a designer and researcher on various scales, types, and contexts, encompassing community-driven research projects, books, furniture design, interior design, and residential projects, ranging from houses to multi-story buildings. She was an Associate Professor in the Cornell Introduction to Architecture 2024 Summer Program.

Jeniffer's work explores a wide range of interests that seek to expand the architectural canon. She utilizes research, representation, and storytelling as design tools for holistic understanding and practice of architecture. Her approach views architecture not just as built forms, but also as vessels for narratives woven from material practices and embedded within social and ecological networks.

CoCo Tin is a writer/researcher and architectural designer from Hong Kong. She received her post-professional Master in Design  at Harvard Graduate School of Design with Distinction and Domain Award and also holds a Bachelor of Architecture with a minor in Art History from Cornell University. She has worked with international studios, including 2x4, OMA, and Collective, on various global projects. In addition to editorial and teaching, her multimedia work focuses on bridging East-West, decolonial ecologies, oceanic narratives, and feminist methodologies. CoCo has been published in Informa peer-reviewed journal, Princeton’s Rumor Review, Cornell Journal of Architecture, DISC magazine, amongst others. She currently lives in NYC and collaborates with 2x4 as a strategist.

Nina Koscica

Bachelor of Architecture - Cornell University

Nina Koscica is an architectural designer from Long Island, New York with a lifelong passion for fine arts. She obtained a Bachelor’s of Architecture in 2021 from Cornell University, where she graduated on the Dean’s List and defended her thesis, “Suburban Ennui: Too Blessed to Be Depressed,” in which she studied how the ebbs and flows of popular culture influence architecture, urbanism, and policy in the American post WWII landscape. During her undergraduate years, she interned at both large and small firms, working on projects ranging from international skyscraper developments to experimental augmented reality research for building installations.

Nina went on to pursue the educational role of Teaching Associate at Cornell AAP for a year, where she instructed students in the summer program and freshman architecture studios, in addition to assisting with the admissions process for the Bachelor of Architecture program. Since then, she has worked as an architectural designer in New York City on bespoke luxury residential and commercial projects with the boutique firm CU—A, in addition to freelance design work on her own time. All the while, Nina has been pursuing her passion for design education with Munay Prep as a portfolio and visual representation mentor and instructor.
